A compact house for a family of three; The intention was to locate 70% of the spaces on the ground floor, accessing and taking advantage of the excess area of ​​roofs and the land derived from the low density of construction.

The ground floor consists of an open social area with furniture adapted to take advantage of the storage space under the stairs, the communication with the kitchen through a service bar and a wall lambrin that acts as an entertainment center. The private rooms are articulated around the garden to take advantage of natural light. The social and private meeting spaces are connected by means of two independent staircases that maintain privacy in moments of social use and rest.
