190 m2 house project, the house stands out for combining spaces through visual and spatial connections, the space flows through the roof that slides into the garden and the two volumes that make up the facade open and close each other to cause movement inside.

The façade is made up of three volumes that combine solid and empty forms, ranking the importance and weight of each space according to the size and weight of each volume. From different points of view the perception of the façade changes and new faces are discovered that give personality to the architecture of the house.

The room opens to the outside without losing its privacy, this was achieved through a habitable window connected to the two levels where we can always observe the sky.

The stairs in the house are an important point, they must be a sculptural element of the space in addition to fulfilling the function of communicating the levels. The ironwork of the railing is personalized and adapted to the architectural language.
