Location: Colonia Punto Verde, León, Guanajuato.
The concept or generating idea on which we devised the project of this house, was to think of it as a branch of spaces, having as a trunk or unifying space the double height social area that allows light to escape and interweave, look towards the sky, the vegetation and the surrounding trees, the relationship between these views and the spaces, define the character of the main spaces (those that allow group coexistence) being able to connect and never be segregated. Only those intimate spaces intended for relaxation are not directly related to the rest of the complex.
We think that allocating a floor with the least amount of divisions would help the space adapt better over time to various uses, in addition to the fact that climatically it also allows the interior to cool thanks to the crossed air currents between the street and the backyard, additionally having a hot air outlet through the dome that faces the roof.
