The architectural project consists of the construction of an industrial warehouse, which will have a warehouse, administrative offices and a point of sale area for the general public.
Its use will be destined for the storage of low-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wines, premium wines, soft drinks, energy drinks, etc. It will also have a point of sale to the public and an administrative office area. For this, it is vitally important to generate spacious and comfortable spaces for the daily tasks involved in the trade and distribution of products carried out by Bolos Mart to be carried out.
In such a way, this architectural project is developed focused on the functionality of each of the environments that make up this project, projecting spacious, ventilated and illuminated spaces, which are combined with various geometric shapes, double-height spaces, which generate a game of lights, volumes and views of the interior and exterior of the property. The development of the ship itself will have a large open plan space that will allow the staff who work, work in harmony and feel comfortable during the development of their daily activities.
