A subdivision planned to be a benchmark for Mexican vernacular architecture and characteristic of the state of Guanajuato, in which there is a great variety of infrastructure such as: Walking track, sports fields, children's play area, exercise rooms, palapas, utility room multiple, tree house, gardens and green areas, with controlled urban access and controlled access to each cluster.
